WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

If you are not happy with our product, we will gladly accept your purchase in its original, tagged condition, within 10 days of your delivery date for a refund. Need more time to return your order? Reach out to our team at hello@bodyhugz.com

 

 
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?

Your refund of the purchase price will be issued in the same form as the original payment, less the shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund total. You can expect your refund 5–7 business days after your package is received and inspected. The original shipping and handling will not be refunded.​ 

WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED?

All items are inspected upon return.  We cannot issue a refund if: 

- Products are returned without original tags attached.

- Products show wear and tear, or are at the end of their intended lifespan.

- Items are damaged by misuse, alterations, improper care, or accidents.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM THAT IS DAMAGED?
